Every property owner in Greenbriar is a voting member of the Greenbriar Master Home Owner’s Association and must pay monthly dues.  The Master Association has raised monthly dues 77% since 2018 from $36.25 per month to the current rate of $64 per month. 

This includes the Paired Homes, Townhomes and Single-Family properties within Greenbriar.  In addition, the Paired Homes (2 units per building) and the Townhomes (5 units per building) each also have a “condominium association” to which you must also pay monthly dues as well if you own property either community.

The Greenbriar Master Association is managed currently by MSI and is responsible for maintaining the walking trails, enforcing covenants and the signage at the entry points to the development.   Here is a link to their website if you have questions or concerns regarding these items along with information on meetings and board members;

The Townhomes (5 units per building) are managed by All Property Services.

Greenbriar Paired Homes Association (the site you are currently reading) is governed by an elected board of directors from among paired homes property owners. Greenbriar Paired Homes’ professional association manager is Lisa Rosenhagen who reports to the elected HOA board consisting of three property owners.
